Swimrite Return Policy
At Swimrite, we are committed to complete customer satisfaction and excellent customer
service and want you to be delighted with your order.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the unused
product with all of the original packaging and any accessories and/or supplied gifts to
SwimRite. You must contact us at info@techpaddle.com within 7 days from the date of
delivery to allow us to make prompt arrangements for this return.
Never accept obviously damaged packages from a delivery service; however, in the unlikely
event that your product arrives in a damaged condition or there is an item missing, please
contact us at info@techpaddle.com immediately so that we can correct the problem.
If your product develops a fault or is defective within 30 days of receipt, we will
arrange to exchange or refund the cost of the product. This return policy does not apply
to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse of our products. All requests for an
exchange or a refund must be made at info@techpaddle.com within 30 days from the date of
delivery.
Team customers who are returning new, unused products for credit within 30 days of our
original shipment may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling fees for delivery and return of the product are not refundable.
